No matter your skill level, we are here to support you every step of the way. With over 25 years of experience, we have handled many challenges with pain and injuries. We continue to learn and bring fresh exercises and treatments to our clients. Each class is tailored to meet the needs of the individuals in attendance as we keep our class sizes small (4-6 students).
At our studio, we often have monthly themes that help enhance your Pilates experience and support your life beyond the studio. Core Wisdom is a welcoming community for everyone, regardless of shape, size, age, or ability. We respect and accept all identities, races, and religions.
We are committed to the guiding principles established by Joseph Pilates—control, concentration, centering, breath, fluidity, and precision. Through our classes, you will understand your body better, learn efficient movement, and gain tools to help you progress.
We keep our classes small to ensure every detail is focused on. Our mat classes are limited to 6 students, while equipment classes have 4-6 students. This way, you will receive personal attention and guidance tailored to your needs during every class. Private sessions and duets are customized for your movement goals.

Kim Robins
Owner, Lead Instructor
Kim has been teaching Pilates for 28 years, helping clients move with strength, ease, and confidence. Trained in the Romana Kryzanowska and Kathy Grant lineages, and certified in massage and yoga, she combines deep knowledge of anatomy with a personalized approach. From rehabilitation to athletic performance, Kim guides clients of all ages to rediscover movement they thought was lost and to find joy in what their bodies can do. Every day, she loves witnessing the transformations Pilates makes possible.

Diana Drummond
Certified Pilates Instructor
Diana has a gift for setting clients up for success. She moves slowly and methodically, layering each exercise with clarity and intention, so that before you know it, you’re doing something you never thought your body could do. Her cueing is precise, her attention to alignment is superb, and her presence is calm, supportive, and encouraging. She has been teaching with Core Wisdom since 2020, where she continues to help clients build strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies.
