We need strength in our upper back to counter forward rounding whether that is from gardening, computer work, cooking, reading, or just poor posture. This Theraband exercise can help us strengthen the upper back to give us the support we need in many activities and for improvement to our posture. You’ll need a Theraband for this exercise.
