At Core Wisdom you will receive the finest Pilates teaching which Boulder has to offer. Attention to detail, integrity and the principles of the Pilates Method are the main focus of our teaching. Learning the foundations of the Pilates Method, gives you a deeper perspective. You will be challenged to keep this depth while increasing the level of difficulty of the exercises. You will be guided, step by step, to reach the goals you have set for yourself. We keep our classes small, 3-6 students, so that proper attention will be given to each individual student.

Many of our clients have come to us with injuries and we take great care in using the Pilates Method to help them recover and rehabilitate. We’ve worked with many people with back pain, spinal fusion, neck pain, knee injuries, ankle injuries, pelvic floor issues, and diastasis recti just to name a few. Most people with injuries start with a few private sessions but we can accommodate injuries in our classes.

We offer Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Low Chair classes throughout the week, as well as, private Pilates sessions. All Pilates classes and sessions are an hour in length.
