My work is a blend of many different modalities (Soft Tissue Manipulation, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release and Swedish). First, visual assessment, movement, and detailed questions allow me to identify specific needs to gain the most from your bodywork session. Most massage sessions are oriented toward specific injury treatment or addressing a specific issue/concern.

However, not all sessions need to have a treatment goal, relaxation and stress relief can be the focus or your massage session.
