Back Tight? Sore all over?
Warm up the fascia, bring blood to your muscles and release tension with the foam roller. You will learn self massage techniques, stretches and exercises on the foam roller to help you recover after workouts or just hours at your desk. We will then use tennis balls to get deeper into the muscles and tightness along the spine. We will work incrementally down the spine opening and releasing tension and increasing spinal mobility.

All props are provided for this workshop. However, if you have a foam roller you want to use feel free to bring it with you.
