Team Core Wisdom
Core Wisdom is opening it's arms a bit wider and birthing Team Core Wisdom. My desire is to build a spiritual
community, a sangha, that comes together to celebrate the life we have been given. There is no cost to join Team Core Wisdom.
Team Core Wisdom will sponsor social gatherings, field trips, educational events and much more. Team Core
Wisdom kicks off by offering two weekly fun run/walks at Wonderland Lake in North Boulder starting March
28th: Mondays at 5:45pm and Saturdays at 10:30am.
We will meet at the trailhead at Broadway and Sumac for
a guided warm up, a run/walk at your own pace, and end with guided stretching.
I know an amazing, strong, young woman, in my Pilates and Massage practice, that needed a liver transplant a
year ago for a rare condition, Wilson’s Disease. In honor of her "liver birthday", I'd like you to join me and participate
in the Liver Life Walk & Twilight 5K Race at Denver’s City Park on May 17th at 7pm. So come to Team
Core Wisdom's weekly fun/run walks to prepare for the event or support others who are going to sign up.
I invite you to join Team Core Wisdom and run/walk for the American Liver Foundation. I’ve set a fundraising
goal of $2,000 for the team. You can join by signing up at go.liverfoundation.org click on ‘join a team’ then enter
our team name, Team Core Wisdom, and follow the directions. We will hold FUNdraising events to help meet
our goal.
